This bloke said he was Alex from BT, ringing about my internet because there were loads of complaints. I don’t even use BT, so I knew right away it was a scam. He kept claiming BT owns the main company so they handle all the issues. I just called him out and hung up straight away. Honestly, don’t trust these people at all.
