this bloke claimed he was with bt, said he was helping my widowed cousin fix her computer faster. she’s never used a computer before and lives alone. honestly, these scammers need to get stopped, they’re a nightmare.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Sky's tech team, trying to convince me they could make my internet faster. Total scam, don't fall for it!

They rang me up a couple of times this week, saying they were from Virgin and offering to speed up my internet. Honestly, don't fall for it - they're just trying to get you to let them into your computer with some kind of code. Total scam, just ignore them!
