Oh, I should’ve mentioned earlier - it was actually a pre-recorded message that asked me to press 1 or 2 if I wanted them to ring me back. Totally forgot to say that originally!

Answered a call from someone pretending to be BT saying they were going to disconnect my phone and internet. Total scam, trying to freak me out. Just ignored and blocked the number.
