They said if I used a computer or laptop, they could fix it. I told them twice that I don't own any laptop or computer, and then they just hung up on me. It felt like a scam to me since why else would they just cut off like that? The people on the line sounded like they were from somewhere in Asia, their English was pretty broken and hard to understand.
