I received a rather intrusive call regarding an alleged accident. Instantly, I requested that my details be wiped from their records. The person on the line was shockingly rude, insisting that unless I confirmed my involvement in an accident, he wouldn't grant my request to delete my information. To top it off, he abruptly hung up! I've reported this to the Information Commissioner's Office and suggest others take the same action.
