I received a rather peculiar call from someone claiming to be Ryan from BT. He had an Asian accent and insisted that I was experiencing issues with my internet connection, despite my clear indication that everything was functioning perfectly. He went on about how numerous others were having similar problems, which seemed rather odd to me. When I expressed my doubts and requested the contact details of his supervisor to verify his credentials, he abruptly cut the call. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
