This guy spoke with an Asian accent and told me his name was Ryan, claiming he was calling from BT about issues with my internet. The funny thing is, my internet was working fine but he insisted there was a problem - apparently lots of people had the same issue. I told him I wasn’t convinced and asked for his manager’s phone number to confirm he was legit. Out of nowhere, he just cut me off!
