Got a call from someone claiming to be with Virgin, saying my computer had corrupted files and they needed to fix it remotely. My wife quickly caught on that something was off and told the caller she wasn’t very good with tech stuff. The guy tried to walk her through what to do anyway, but she wasn’t having any of it and ended the call straight away.
