10 yearsMonday, 18th July, around 2.15pm, got a call from a bloke asking about one of our products. When I told him the product wasn’t suitable for his needs, he just started shouting, accusing us of wasting people’s time and was really rude, demanding to talk to a manager. I told him I’m actually a director here, but he kept on being abusive. Told him off for being disrespectful before hanging up. He called back right away and spoke to one of my teammates, trying to get info like our full address, directors’ names, and company number. Said he wanted to report us - no clue who to or why.
