10 yearsAt precisely 14:15 on Monday, 18th July 2016, I received a rather distressing phone call from a gentleman. At first, he seemed to be inquiring about one of our products. However, upon informing him that our product was incompatible with his needs, he erupted into an angry tirade, exclaiming that we were being an utter inconvenience to everyone involved. He then insisted on speaking to a manager. When I mentioned that I was a director, his rudeness only escalated. I pointed out his lack of courtesy, and in a fit of irritation, he slammed down the phone. Surprisingly, he called back almost immediately, this time directing his frustration at one of my team members. His objective appeared to be extracting our company details-full address, directors’ names, registration number-and he ominously stated he intended to report us.
