I received a voice message in an American accent alerting me that my internet connection had been compromised and was at risk of disconnection. They mentioned that a new router would be dispatched to me at a fee, and prompted me to press 1 if I wished to talk to a technician. Quite suspicious, don’t you think?

I received a voicemail, but I always prefer to look up numbers here before anything else.

I’d highly recommend everyone to consider blocking this number. Most mobile phones come equipped with a feature that allows you to prevent calls from specific contacts.

I've been receiving calls from the number 01954277420 repeatedly, and I'm convinced it's nothing more than a scam. They're claiming that my internet will be shut off, which seems utterly ridiculous. I really wish I could trace this caller and put an end to their nuisance!

What a complete con! I just received a call from this number claiming that my internet security has been breached and that it would be cut off within two days. I hung up straight away and got in touch with Virgin Media. Garry from tech support assured me it was a total scam, as my internet's absolutely fine. Whatever you do, don’t fall for their nonsense; just hang up without a second thought!
