Had a bloke from India ring me up, claiming he was with British Telecom. He said there was some error showing up on my router, which I know is with Virgin Media. I’d already checked with Virgin Media and they told me that just can’t be true. Then he went on to say that British Telecom provides services to all ISPs, which is rubbish since BT, Virgin Media, and TalkTalk all run their own fibre networks. Total nonsense if you ask me.
