Got a call from someone claiming to be with a CCTV firm, but honestly, they were so blunt and rude. If that’s how they try to make sales, no wonder they're struggling. They really could do with learning some polite manners and maybe some proper training. Might actually help them sell stuff then!

Absolutely no courtesy at all, kept being really rude and didn’t even say who he was or what company he was from.

I told this bloke to stop calling my number that's on the TPS list, and then he went on about me being rude. He said he was from some place called Sonnavate, but I've looked everywhere and can't track it down to even try and report it to the useless watchdogs.
