Absolutely no decorum! Such an impolite individual, they didn’t even bother to state their name or the organisation they represent.

I find it rather frustrating that this individual had the audacity to label me as impolite when I probed him about the reason behind his call to my number, which is registered with the Telephone Preference Service. He claimed to represent a company named Sonnavate, yet my attempts to track them down have been fruitless, leaving me with no means to file a complaint with those ineffectual regulatory bodies.
