I got this call from what sounded like a half tipsy robot saying my internet was about to be cut off unless I pressed 1 to chat or 2 to ignore it. Yeah right, as if I’m that daft to fall for it. Honestly, never push any buttons if you get calls like these, it’s just a scam. Shame there wasn’t an actual person on the line so I could give them a bit of a mouthful!

Got a call from someone pretending to be TalkTalk's tech support. When I said I was tied up and asked for a number to ring back, they said they couldn’t give me one. Then I asked to speak to a manager, and the woman just cut the call straight away.
