This company's name is Rang Appliance Repairs, and I had quite the experience with them recently. They came out to sort out our dishwasher and charged us a £50 call-out fee. We requested a new part, but they never returned to complete the job. I called them multiple times, and each time I was left hanging, waiting for them to show up. They kept providing excuses for their lateness, and now, when I try to reach them again, they simply don’t answer the phone. Quite frustrating, to say the least!
