It seems this number might be one that's been acquired locally, probably from BT. I received a missed call and decided to ring back, initially thinking it was either a mate or maybe a potential job opportunity. To my surprise, I was greeted by an automated voice from "Utilita". The automated spiel claims to be from Utilita (www.utilita.co.uk), which is apparently offering to help reduce your energy costs.

I got a missed call from what looked like a local number, probably bought from BT or something. Thinking it might be a mate or a job-related call, I rang back, but instead of a person, I got this robotic message from a company called "Utulita" or something like that. They said they could help me cut down on my energy costs, but it just felt a bit dodgy to me.
