Got a call on 20th August 2019 around 1.33pm, it was a recorded message saying it was from BT. I chose the option to “cancel landline and router”. Then this Indian guy came on, asked why I was ringing 211, I said to end my service, and then he just cut me off! Definitely a spam call.
