I got a call from someone claiming to be from BT broadband, and right from the start he was quite rude. He kept pushing some "special deal" for current BT broadband users. When I asked him to just send me the details by email, he snapped back saying I wasn’t willing to switch and was happy to overpay. Then he went on about me not understanding digital stuff and said chatting with me was pointless since I wouldn’t get it or change. He just hung up after that.
