When I asked him his name, he just said "yes sir" like he didn’t get the question. Then he said he couldn't tell me his name “for security reasons,” so I told him if it's for security reasons, I wouldn't be sharing anything either. After that, he just hung up on me. When the call came through, the caller ID showed "The Store."
