Years ago, I had a bad experience with Pembertons and recently it looks like Weathersafe have taken over their client list. Even though I've told them multiple times to stop ringing me, they just won’t give up. When I mentioned I was unhappy with the earlier job, they just hung up on me. Next time, I think I’ll book an appointment so a sales rep can come by and I can tell them in person that I’m not interested in any more calls.

Lewis from "Weathersafe" rang me about our windows. I told him we are on the TPS list, then gave him a right earful before putting the phone down. Seriously, what’s the use of the TPS? This number’s got tons of complaints but they just keep pestering people with unwanted calls nonstop.

Been getting tons of calls from this number lately. I checked it out and it's from some window business, which is kind of funny since I actually work for a big factory. If I ever ended up talking to them, that would be pretty funny. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Pemberton Security, I wouldn’t bother picking up, they keep pushing wireless motion sensors for burglar alarms. Also, they keep calling nonstop trying to get someone to visit. They’re around the Telford area, close to Weathersafe, maybe there’s some connection between them.

Looks like Pembertons got bought by Weathershield. I got windows from Pembertons a few years ago (pretty average) with a ten year warranty. This new lot have all the info on past customers and they're really pushy and quite rude, which isn’t promising if I ever need something fixed on my windows under the guarantee.

Got a call from this number claiming to be 'Callum'. Pretty obvious it was a scam. Honestly, just hang up straight away and avoid any hassle. I don’t get why sales people don’t understand - if we wanted to buy, we’d reach out ourselves. The TPS register seems useless against these annoying callers.

Last September, I had a window installed by these guys and shortly after, I was bombarded with calls pushing me to order more work. I clearly told a couple of sales reps and a customer service person that I wasn't interested and warned them if the calls kept coming, I'd never deal with them again. It was silent for a while, but this week they've been ringing me every day on both my landline and mobile, which I just ignore. Just now they called my home, and as soon as I didn’t pick up, my phone rang straight away. Surely they should take the hint by now!

I let it go to voicemail and overheard a bloke chatting to someone else saying something like "I scored a good job earlier - 12 windows plus a large sliding door". Then it went to hold music till my answerphone picked up. Marked it as "harassing" since I'm registered with the TPS and shouldn’t have been called.

Got a call from this company just yesterday, 20th Jan 2017. I didn’t pick up since the number was unfamiliar. Left me a weird message on my answerphone - some music played for ages, then a machine voice said thanks for calling and an adviser would be with me soon. Never contacted these lot before. Got a call around 9 or 10 from someone who said they were Pemberton Security. Mentioned we’re on the TPS list, and the caller quickly said sorry and that they’d remove us from their records. Not sure if this is a real firm though, especially since other people have said the same number was linked to all sorts of different businesses before. Feels a bit fishy to me.

Seriously annoyed with this firm - they call in bursts. They'll phone me loads of times over a week, then go quiet for months, then back again after 3 or 4 months. They've kicked off their newest round of calls today (great, just what I needed). I just let my answerphone pick up - if it’s important, they can leave a message. I’m registered with TPS but it feels like I’m getting more cold calls now than before.

Got a call from Weather Safe and they were quite pushy. Told them I’d just replaced all my windows and doors, so I didn’t need any more, and asked to be taken off their list. The guy asked why, said I might need something in the future. I said no thanks, if anything falls apart I’ll just ring the company that installed them, they’ve got a 10 year guarantee. He then claimed that wouldn’t cover storm damage, so I said I’d go through my house insurance in that case and ended the call. I’m signed up with the TPS, thought that was meant to stop calls like this.

I had a pretty bad run-in with Pemberton before, so I’m not planning on trusting Weathersafe either. From now on, I’ll be on the lookout for anyone knocking with those Weathersafe flyers!

Sounds like it was weathersafe. It’s a bit odd cus they were going door to door where I live, and even tho I was pretty polite at first, I wasn’t keen on how they kept banging on every door again and again, especially in the middle of a weekday when most folks round here are older, mums with young kids or not working.

Like others have said, it’s Weathersafe/Pemberton. I made the error of requesting a quote for new windows from them once. They insisted on sending two sales reps and wanted both me and my partner there, probably to try and pressure us into it. Obviously, I backed out. Since then, they keep ringing me even though I’ve asked them to remove my number from their list. Turns out, they were penalised back in 2013 for using aggressive sales tactics.
