The voice of the caller was incredibly quiet. Honestly, had I been in a situation requiring assistance, I doubt I would have been able to make out their replies. To clarify, I'm not linked to any health service, but I am signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, so I shouldn't be receiving any calls whatsoever.

I received a phone call from this number despite being on the TPS register. They were on about some sort of Government grant related to loft insulation, or something along those lines. Quite baffling, really!
