I've received two calls from this number recently-one just today and another a few days ago. The previous call lasted a good few minutes before we could answer, but during today’s call, we picked up only for them to hang up without uttering a word. It's rather frustrating, as we do hope they ring back. We have a system in place that captures all incoming calls automatically, so it’ll be quite amusing to see what happens when someone actually decides to converse with us for a change.

Received a call earlier today, trying to pitch an upgrade just three weeks before my renewal (red flags everywhere) and claimed they could slash our bill by a whopping 25. I mentioned that I'm currently shelling out £15 a month for 1000 minutes, 1200 texts, and 500MB. The chap seemed rather embarrassed, mumbled an apology for the interruption, and then promptly hung up.

Cheers for the help! We’ve just taken action, and here's why: "I'm utterly fed up with these con artists pestering us and will be reporting Excell if they continue to bombard us with unwanted calls." As you might gather, I’m absolutely livid! It’s our birthday, and receiving those muppets on the line certainly wasn’t a lovely surprise. Right after, we rang Orange, and the chap simply told us not to engage with them. He mentioned that these characters pester them regularly too! I’m really keen to find out how on earth these people got hold of our number in the first place.

Had yet another annoying sales call today; they actually used my first name which felt rather presumptuous, suggesting they've got hold of some of our details. I went on the Excel Communications website, registered to block any future calls-clearly a futile effort. The calls just keep coming! I'm absolutely fed up with it. If I ever need something, I can sort it out myself without the hassle. Honestly, I loathe marketing calls with a passion! Now that we’ve figured out who they are, there’s zero chance we’d ever consider doing business with anyone who bombards us like that with unsolicited calls!
