We wholeheartedly concur - steer clear of them at all costs! Since we’ve had any dealings with these individuals, they’ve proven to be nothing but a headache. They’re utterly unreliable, failing to deposit their payments into your account and not honouring a single commitment they’ve made.

Steer clear of Geko Direct, if you value your sanity! They lured us in with a tantalising offer-1,400 minutes and texts for just £30 a month. We got the phone, but the service was far from what was promised, leaving us with no choice but to send it back. However, they chose to send the return packaging to a B&B instead of our home address, which meant we ended up missing the return. It's outrageous that they think it’s acceptable to use a delivery point without any prior clarification! Now they’re placing all the blame on us, and it's turned into an absolute ordeal.
