Got a call from a bloke with an American accent claiming he was from Diabetes UK. I had actually set up a £3 direct debit for Diabetes UK, but it was done online, never through a phone call, so I guess they still have my number for some kind of marketing calls? I cancelled the direct debit a few months back anyway because I couldn't really afford it anymore. Either way, never share your personal info over the phone - always use the official website instead.

Got a call from an unrecognised number while I was at the hospital. Checked it out later and saw on here it’s likely a scam, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it.
