I received a call that struck me as dubious, purportedly from OpenReach, and the lady had a distinct Eastern accent. She expressed worry about issues with my broadband. However, I have no qualms with my internet service-it's functioning perfectly well. When I inquired about her location, she insisted she was calling from London. Yet, to my surprise, the caller ID showed a number linked to Telford in Shropshire. Clearly, this was nothing but a scam attempt.
