Got a bloke on the phone calling himself "Harry" who said he was from Virgin Media. He was proper irate and insisted on speaking to the account holder, saying the internet was compromised and they'd soon cut it off. Honestly felt like a scammer who’s had a bad day and been told off one too many times. Definitely dodgy.
