I received a phone call from 01952 246124 at 08:23 on Tuesday, the 16th of March, 2021. I chose not to pick up, but a quick check with 1471 indicated that the number was unfamiliar to me. Subsequently, I conducted a Norton Safe Search right after the call and it flagged the number as potentially being a scam, allegedly posing as HMRC. I felt it was prudent to report this incident in case others might be at risk from this possible scam attempt.
