Be careful with this number! They rang me 3 or 4 times. The first call was from a woman claiming to be with BT, but I told her I’m with Sky, not BT. Then, like 2 hours later, they called again saying they were from Sky this time. They wanted me to do stuff on my computer and all that jazz! Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

01952242802 rang me a couple of times today. Missed the first call but noted down the number. When it rang again shortly after I picked up, a weird foreign voice said they were from BT and that someone was trying to hack into my computer. I quickly said “that’s not true” and hung up straight away. Afterwards, I called BT to let them know about it, and they’ve blocked the number now.

Some bloke with an accent I could barely make out rang me up claiming he was from BT. He was telling me something about a problem with my broadband and that my computer might get hacked or something. I couldn’t really follow what he was saying properly, so I kept asking him to repeat himself, which seemed to annoy him a bit. Eventually, he wanted me to press some buttons that I guess would’ve given him access or info. That’s when I told him I wasn’t daft and I knew it was a scam. As soon as I said that, he just cut the call straight away. Proper muppet.

I had a call from someone with an Asian accent saying my router was full of problems. When I asked if she wanted my bank info, she just cut me off straight away!

I got a call around 11:22 in the morning from someone claiming my BT broadband was running slow. I nicely said everything was fine and ended the call. Then, just about five minutes ago, the same number popped up again. When I told this bloke I'd already told one of his so-called 'mates' there was no issue, he threatened to cut off my broadband by 2pm. I said I didn’t buy it, and then the guy randomly asked if I believed in God! When I told him my internet speed had nothing to do with faith, he launched into abuse and I just hung up.

Got a call from some bloke in India saying someone abroad was messing with my internet. He asked me to turn on my computer and open the Windows event viewer to 'show' me the problem - yeah, right, no way I did that. Told him I was hanging up and not to ring back. Of course, they called again, and this time the guy got all worked up and started shouting. Hung up for good after that.

Got a call from a woman who said her name was Rose, sounded Asian, and claimed she was from BT. She told me our internet was really slow and suggested someone else might be using the connection. I told her we don’t have broadband at all. She just cut the call right away, no sorry or anything like you’d think a big company would say. Quite odd, really.

I got a call from some lot pretending to be BT, saying my broadband was getting hacked, which is rubbish because my internet is well protected. I told them I was a cop and they just ended the call right away - definitely a big warning sign. Then, about five hours later, they rang back but as soon as I asked them to explain how my internet was supposedly compromised, they cut off the call straight away. It’s a total scam - don’t hand over any info to these people!

These people were really rude, they kept ringing me non stop - over 30 times! I told them to leave me alone but they just wouldn’t stop, I had to finally unplug the phone. First time they said they were calling from BT. Total nightmare.
