Got a call from a bloke claiming he was from a Government programme about swapping out old loft insulation. Apparently, our house was on a list of places eligible for this. I’ve chatted with him a few times already, probably 3 or 4, and told him straight up - there’s no loft here. Each time, he rings from a different number, which I’ve reported on here too.
