I received a couple of calls from this number late in the morning, spaced about 40 minutes apart, followed by another one a couple of hours later. Unfortunately, I wasn’t around to pick up the first two times, although my answering machine was on standby. Strangely, they didn’t leave any messages. When the third call came in, my wife answered with a simple 'Hello'. The caller promptly inquired if she was Mrs ---, the previous occupant from over a decade ago. My wife firmly replied with 'No, goodbye' and hung up. I did notice some background chatter that sounded like it was from an office, but considering that the area code 01951 belongs to Colonsay, an island in the Inner Hebrides, I find it hard to believe there’s an actual office or call centre there.
