Got a call saying they were from BT, warning me my broadband and phone would be cut off. They never mentioned who my actual provider was, which seemed dodgy. It was just a ploy to get me to press 1 and talk to them. Honestly, just hang up and don’t press anything. Then, about 20 minutes later, they rang again with the exact same pre-recorded message. Total scam, watch out!
