A few days ago I got a call from a young lady with an Asian accent who started rattling off loads of error codes about my internet. I asked her who she was, and she said she was from BT. Then she told me to turn on my computer, which made me suspicious so I asked why. I also wondered why she wasn’t just sending me a text instead of calling. After that, she just hung up on me.
