Got a call from some woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Amazon Prime support. She claimed they were about to charge me around £40 and told me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to someone about it. They never said my name or anything, so I’m pretty sure it’s a scam.

got a call from one of those automated voices claiming to be amazon prime support. it told me to press 1 if i wanted to cancel my prime membership. when i did, they said to stay near my computer so they could guide me through the unsubscribe process. i told them to call me back instead. later, i checked with amazon and turns out i’m not even a prime member! pretty sure this was just a scam trying to hack into my pc and grab my info. i’ve blocked that number for good.

Got a call today from someone saying they're from Amazon London, but the number was actually from Nottingham. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
