Flagged as risky because it seems dodgy. So, I pick up and some bloke says he’s from BT Openreach. He tells me my internet’s been slow lately, asking if I agree. I say I haven’t noticed any issues. Then he insists there is a problem and offers to fix it. I asked him to confirm my name. Next thing, the call just ends.
