I received a call from a chap named Tom, who claimed he was reaching out regarding issues related to loft insulation and condensation. He mentioned he was associated with a government-endorsed initiative aimed at assessing insulation and determining if it might require replacement, along with potential funding for such work. He expressed interest in scheduling a visit to inspect the attic insulation and promised to ring back to arrange an appointment. However, I never heard from him again. My gut feeling tells me this may be a scam.
