Got a call from some bloke who said his name was Tom and claimed he was ringing about problems with loft insulation and condensation. He mentioned he was working with some government-backed initiative that checks insulation and offers grants if it needs replacing. He wanted to arrange a time to come and inspect the attic insulation, promised to ring back to set up the appointment, but I never heard from him again. Feels dodgy to me, probably a scam.
