Got a call bright and early around 8.25am, saying my internet and phone would be cut off unless I acted fast. They told me to press 1 to talk to an engineer to sort it out. Absolute scam, and really risky for older people like me who might easily believe it. If I hadn’t been careful, I bet I’d have fallen for it.
