Then this person tried to help me check my account step-by-step. Honestly, it sounds like a total scam. I’m certain people might get fooled by this nonsense. Please be careful and don’t believe this stuff! Really risky!

Got a voicemail from someone claiming to be Amazon Prime. I’ve never even signed up for it. The message told me to hit 1 if I wanted to speak to a representative. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
