Got a call from a number with the same area code as mine, so I was instantly suspicious. It was defo one of those scams trying to get you to confirm charges on your credit card. The voice was that usual automated one saying something like "Please confirm correct usage" or whatever. Total rubbish.

Got a robo call about some payment on my credit card -- problem is, I don’t even use that card. Put the phone down when they kept jabbering and I didn’t say a word.
