Got a call from someone saying they were from TalkTalk's tech support. I asked if they could give me a number to call back because I was tied up, but they said they didn’t have one. Then when I requested to speak with a manager, the woman just hung up on me.

My landline rang and a recorded message said it was BT warning that my internet and phone would be cut off. I hung up straight away - sounded like one of those scams trying to trick me into paying some fake debt. The whole thing was a total con, no doubt about it.
