They spoke so quickly and seemed to wanna mess me up about this accident thing that’s never happened to me. Really thrown me off!

Just like what others have mentioned, this caller is annoyingly relentless and seems to think that bringing up a three-year time frame is some sort of intimidation tactic. They spoke at breakneck speed, which made it difficult to catch everything, likely an attempt to throw you off balance. Claimed to represent a company named 10/10 in relation to a non-fault accident. The number was simply 10 10. Quite a dodgy setup, if you ask me!

I rang them and just hung up straight away, no word said. It did seem like it was a business or something though.

Just received a bothersome call regarding a car accident claim. The woman on the other end was quite persistent, stating that unless I replied to her inquiries, I could expect her calls to carry on for another three years. I mentioned that I'm on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), but she seemed completely unfazed by this or the fact that she was violating the rules by ringing me up. Strangely, she didn’t bother to share the name of her company, merely referring to it as "an incident". Quite the nuisance!
