This morning I got a recorded message, all posh and slow, claiming it was a “forwarded call from BT”. It said my broadband and phone would be disconnected today unless I pressed 1 to speak to the technical team who’d supposedly sort it out. Didn’t bother pressing anything and just ended the call straight away.
