On the 26th of February 2020 at 9:15 in the morning, I received a call from a robotic voice claiming to be Ofcom concerning an issue with my phone line that was supposedly impacting my internet. It instructed me to hit button 1 followed by button 2. Honestly, I have a hard time trusting anyone who wants me to start pressing buttons like that!
