i got a call from a guy with an indian accent saying he was from bt and found a problem with my phone line. he kept going on even after i told him i dont have a laptop or desktop. felt a bit scary because he warned that bt wouldnt fix anything if i didnt help him. could hear loads of noise in the background so definitely a call centre.
