I got a call from someone who said he was with BT Openreach, saying there was a problem with my broadband and phone line. When I asked him some proper questions to check if he was genuine, he just wouldn’t answer and started being really rude. He ended up calling me names a few times before suddenly hanging up on me.

I didn’t catch the name they gave me, probably should’ve asked them to say it again. They said they were calling from BT and mentioned a problem with my phone line. Something felt off straight away, so I just told them no and ended the call.
