Got a robo call saying it was from BT, warning me that my phone and internet connection were gonna be cut off. They told me to press 1 to chat with a so-called BT tech engineer. I just ended the call and rang BT myself on their legit number 0800 800150 to check things out, and turns out it was a total scam. After that, I blocked the number using 1572 on my BT phone to stop any more of those dodgy calls.
