They kept ringing me over and over again with this really irritating woman speaking.

Received a rather peculiar call this morning at precisely 9.57. The voice on the other end, which sounded suspiciously mechanical rather than human, claimed there had been some unauthorised activity regarding my IP address. They insisted I press 1 to connect with one of their technicians who would supposedly assist me in obtaining a new IP address. It felt more like a scripted recording than an actual conversation!

yet again, got a call from some random number with the usual rubbish. this time it was some dodgy pre-recorded message saying my internet was compromised. how can i be sure it's a load of nonsense? easy, i dont even have broadband! unbelievable how these muppets keep ringing me non stop. got 7 calls in just two days!

Got a voicemail from a lady with an American accent saying she was from my internet provider. She said my phone number was being used in multiple countries and I needed to change it fast, like within a day. Then she told me to press 1 to chat with a tech person. I just hung up straight away.
