Got calls like that from different numbers too. It’s definitely a scam - they’re after your details through your IP or something. My internet’s never actually gone down. Don’t give them any info like your phone number, address, or passwords. If it’s a real person, just tell them you don’t have internet or a computer. Watch out, these cold calls are dodgy!
