Got a call saying it was BT, said I had to press 1 or 2 or else my internet would get cut off. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.

I picked up and was told the account would be closed. They gave me a few choices to move forward. I picked one, then there was a pause and a woman with a foreign accent came on, so I just hung up.
