Totally fishy. I told them I’d double check by ringing Sky on a genuine number, gave them 5 mins, and suddenly they went quiet. Then they told me to ring them back on the same number, not from another phone, so they could keep the line busy. Obviously trying to make it seem like a new call when it’s not. Proper scam.
