Today, I got about 5 calls from people claiming they were from BT, saying there was a problem with my internet. They asked if they could get into my computer, which made me quite wary since I've been caught out by scammers like this before and ended up losing loads. I told them, “If you’re really BT, then what’s my second name?” Got an instant hang-up after that.
