So I picked up the phone, and some voice said my visa card was involved in a dodgy £600 online purchase. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to chat with someone about it. I did press 1, but no one actually got back to me. Then it hit me that they never even told me their name - seemed kinda fishy and like a scam. I quickly got in touch with my bank to let them know and checked my account right away to make sure nothing suspicious had happened.
