Got a call from someone saying they were with Clear Vision Communications and O2. They said my O2 contract was finishing soon and offered to sort out a renewal for me, keeping the same number and billing through O2. I told them I don’t do business over cold calls and that I’d check it out on my own. Then they just hung up.

Picked up the phone, and all I got was silence. Seemed like one of those annoying silent calls again. Just blocked the number straight away.

I got three calls in just a few hours, and the person on the other end wouldn’t say who they were or what company they’re from. I told them off pretty bluntly and then ended the call, blocking the number after that.

I got a call for the 2nd time today. The first time they just went quiet and ended it. The second they said they were from Clear Vision Communications working with O2 and Carphone Warehouse, trying to push me into upgrading my contract. I told them I wasn’t bothered and just put the phone down.
